The organization of the specialized team has been rethought in order to be as close to the customer’s needs as possible. The Management, along with a Sales Manager and a Training department, manage a sales force consisting of more than 15 persons.
These dedicated teams support customers for the files follow-up, master key systems, and prescription. Customer quality listening, key word in Thirard PRO sector, combined to technical know-how, also encourage development of tailor-made products (specific manufacture).
The whole Thirard sales force is at the customer’s service, more particularly at the vendors’, for locksmith hardware training formation in hardware building.
Thirard off ers as standard a complete range of products which covers all professionnal needs (wood and metal). These products from our factories, are consistent with the following norms : CE, NF (and NFQC), EN 1303, and meet A2P insurance requirements.
For professionals, more particularly for installers, Thirard provides different tools for installation instructions, such as technical sheets and video tutorials.
In this respect, Thirard has redesigned packagings for professionals. More gratifying and more readable, these new packagings – boxes and polybags – will make the choice easier for professionals and will stimulate sales.
